Job Description

Responsibilities: – Sales analytics and predictive data analysis. Automate sales process – Monitor the sales performance in terms of key ratios (a) Conversion ratios, i.e. lead to prospect to order to invoicing (b) Conversion timelines from lead to invoicing – Industry vertical wise performance, i.e. FMCG, Mining & Construction, Oil, Gas & Chemicals, Agro & Agro Allied, Manufacturing, Special projects, Shipping lines and identifying country wise sector wise emerging opportunities – Monitor & analyze the lead base and prospect base to ensure that there is always a strong prospect base and robust order pipeline – Work to ensure a better customer service experience for all of Kobo’s customers. Build strong linkages between the Sales and CRM functions and create clear visibility on the customer across functions of Sales, Ops, CRM through automation – Analyze the cost of customer acquisition in each geography as well as at the enterprise level. Analyze customer life cycle data – Work with the Sales team to design solutions for each industry vertical and articulate Kobo’s value proposition in each of these verticals Experience in consulting and automating sales processes is an advantage
