The Itel P36 Pro is a mid-range, low-cost smartphone from Itel, despite the fact that it wasn’t released until some time in 2020.
The phone boasts a 5000mAh battery, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of ROM, a 13 MP + 0.3 MP dual rear camera, and other unique features including a fingerprint scanner on the back. We will list some of the issues with this phone in this article along with potential fixes.
BATTERY ISSUES
My Itel P36 Pro won’t charge
The Itel P36 Pro has quality hardware and software, and if it’s in excellent condition, it will charge quickly. Check the charger and make sure the charging port is in excellent shape if charging issues are experienced.
My Itel P36 Pro is charging slowly
Try turning off your data and closing any background-draining apps if your phone charges slowly. This will help you get more battery life out of your phone’s battery. The good news is that the phone’s 5000mAh battery charges rather quickly and is sufficient for intensive usage.
STORAGE ISSUES
My Itel P36 Pro storage is running low
Have you ever tried to receive a major game or some movies that would require at least 5GB of storage space but received the “low storage” message? It can be really irritating, but happily, for you, the Itel P36 Pro has 32GB of internal memory, which should be sufficient for the average phone user.
However, if you need to clear up some memory quickly, the phone’s Clean Master app can help. Take care not to erase any vital files when using this software. You may also source irrelevant files using your file manager. Another way to free up space is to delete certain app data; however, this will delete all of your saved activity in that app.
Finally, the Itel P36 Pro features a micro SD card slot, so if 32GB is too tiny for you, you may wish to include a memory card to boost your storage capacity.
OS ISSUES
My Itel P36 Pro isrunning slow/freezing
A smartphone with 2GB RAM should perform well in terms of speed and performance, and the Itel P36 Pro delivers in this regard. However, the RAM management and operating system are not of the highest caliber, so you may suffer slowness, freezing, and your phone may reboot on its own. This is a simple remedy because it is generally caused by excessive phone use. Make sure you don’t have too many program tabs open, as this consumes a lot of RAM. Some dangerous background apps, such as Facebook and Snapchat, might potentially cause slowing in this phone. You should also quit using your phone excessively when plugged in.
Unable to install apps from Playstore
Most of the time, PlayStore will inform you of the issue. Sometimes it’s because you don’t have enough room to install the software. However, you may have enough storage space to download a specific app but still receive prompts to increase storage space. For example, if you have 200MB storage space and want to download a 15MB app but receive a “not enough space” message, the solution is that you must have more than 500MB storage space to download any app from the PlayStore.
What if the issue isn’t connected to storage? It is undoubtedly from the PlayStore or your phone’s software (which is rare). Uninstalling updates from the PlayStore app is usually the solution. This will return your PlayStore to the first app and will reset all settings whilst clearing the cache. This should fix it. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > PlayStore > Uninstall Updates.
Gaming Problems
Itel P36 Pro is one of Itel’s gaming phones. But there’s a problem with playing large games at high graphics as the phone isn’t that strong. If you experience lags, set the game at mid to low graphics and at 30 to 45fps then you’ll get amazing gaming experience.
Also, you might encounter some ghost touches whilst playing games and this may be due to a bad screen protector, bad charger or repeated use of the phone while charging. So get a good screen protector/charge and don’t use your phone while charging.

NETWORK ISSUES
To be honest, the connection on this phone is excellent. And if you have a network problem, it is most likely caused by your service provider or a setting/app that is messing with it.
If you’re having trouble connecting to the internet, make sure you have the necessary APN settings from your network provider and that you’ve configured your phone to the network available in that location, whether it’s 2G, 3G, or 4G. This will also improve the speed of your internet connection.
