Just like the Tecno Camon iAir2+, the Tecno Camon i2 comes with a 6.2-inch LCD notched display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. It is also built around a MediaTek MT6761 chipset. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The internal memory is also expandable to 128GB with a microSD card.

The Camon i2 comes with a 13MP+2MP dual-camera setup on the rear, along with a quad LED flash. On the front, however, it has a 16MP selfie camera, also with a flash. This device also supports a face unlock feature and has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. It is powered by a 3,750mAh battery.
